  40. OLE 1 client and servers support. Complete on-line context-sensitive
  41. hypertext help. Multi-level undo. Unlimited named layers. 
  42. Open multiple drawings at a time. WYSIWYG text editing.  
  43. Rotating text, text on a line, and text that wraps to fit shapes. 
  44. Full Bezier curve support, as well as polyline shape editing.
  45. Drawings can be created using  pre-defined shapes 
  46. from the handy Shape Palette, or you can easily draw your own.
  47. Convert text to Bezier curves. Use a TrueType font as a shape set.

  56. $49.95 for: Newest version program disk, a disk full of clip art,
  57.             additional symbol sets, full technical support,
  58.             printed manual, many additional import/export formats,

  61.                       DISTRIBUTION FORMATS

  64. The install program provided with Top Draw works for high
  65. density media, CD-ROMs, and with BBS files unzipped in a hard
  66. drive directory.  Two installation techniques can be used:
  67.  
  68. 1. Copy the ZIP file to a 1.44 M floppy and (if desired), provide
  69.    a utility to copy and unzip it.  The Top Draw install MUST still
  70.    be performed in order to set up Top Draw under Windows.
  71.  
  72. 2. On Disk 1 put: INSTALL.EXE, README.WR_, TOPDRAW.EX_, TOPDRAW.HL_
  73.    On Disk 2 put: everything else.
  74.    Instruct the user to run INSTALL.EXE on disk1.
  75.    This will work for 5.25" and 3.5" HD media.

  77. Top Draw cannot be distributed on 360K or 720K low density media.

  79. Microsoft LZ compression is used for diskette distribution.
  80. PKZIP 2.04G high-compression is used to create the ZIP file.
  81. Top Draw is normally provided on 3.5" HD media.

  87.                 TOP DRAW DISTRIBUTOR LICENSING

  90. ALL DISTRIBUTORS:
  91. Copies of Top Draw Shareware Version may be made and distributed
  92. as long as 1) none of the files are modified or deleted, 2) the
  93. program is described as "shareware". Under no circumstance shall
  94. Top Draw be described as "free", "freeware", or "public domain".
  95. Copying and distribution of the Registered Version of Top Draw
  96. is prohibited.

  98. FREE COPIES:
  99. Copies of Top Draw Shareware Version may be made and distributed
  100. freely as long as no fee of any kind is charged.  In this case, 
  101. no application is necessary.  
  102.  
  103. ASP VENDORS:
  104. If you agree with the terms of the Distributor License (below),
  105. no application is necessary prior to starting distribution.
  106.  
  107. NON-ASP VENDORS:
  108. Written approval from the author is required prior to starting 
  109. distribution. Please apply.

  111. NOTE: 
  112. If you received a disk or upload from Top Software (or an authorized
  113. agent), and you agree with the terms of the Distributor License,
  114. you have permission to begin distribution immediately.

  116. BBSs and USER GROUPS:
  117. BBSs and User Groups may copy and distribute Top Draw shareware
  118. version. User Groups may charge a nominal fee in order to cover 
  119. library cataloging and copying costs. Copying and distribution
  120. must be terminated upon request by the author.

  122. ROYALTIES:
  123. Royalties are normally not required for distributing shareware 
  124. copies of Top Draw.  Royalties are required for: 
  125.  1) Premium pricing - unit price > US $20.
  126.  2) Including Top Draw with hardware or pre-loading on a hard drive.
  127.  3) Rack vendors who pay royalties for any other shareware programs. 
  128. Royalties are negotiated on a case-by-case basis.

  154. 1. Your library's catalog or listing will state that shareware is
  155.    not free, but is copyrighted software that is provided to allow
  156.    the user to evaluate it before buying.  If registration fees 
  157.    are listed, refer to the documentation accompanying the 
  158.    diskette for current rates and options.

  160. 2. This license may be terminated by the author at any time.
  161.    Diskette and BBS distribution: Offering and sale of Top Draw
  162.    will be stopped immediately at any time the author so requests.
  163.    CD-ROM distribution: No new masters will be created using Top
  164.    Draw after the license is terminated.

  166. 3. Copies of Top Draw distributed will be complete and unmodified.

  168. 4. Problems or complaints about the program will be reported for 
  169.    investigation and correction.

  171. 5. Information on the number of copies of Top Draw sold or
